How to Use
- Create a clean section of hair. Hold the 3B Waver horizontally and open the barrel. Starting at the root, place the section of hair inside and close the barrel. Hold for 2-3 seconds.
- Open the barrel and repeat down the entire section to complete the wave. Repeat and continue for beautiful mermaid waves!
