(referred to as "Beachwaver”, "we”, "us”, or "our”) as they represent a binding agreement between each user of our website or social media accounts ("you”, "your") and Beachwaver.
For the purpose of these terms of use, social media accounts or profiles owned or controlled by Beachwaver (our "Social Accounts”) include the Tiktok, YouTube, SoundCloud, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram Accounts owned or controlled by our brands. Further, in respect of content you post to any of our Social Accounts, these terms of use apply in addition to, and do not detract from, your obligation pursuant to the applicable social media platform’s terms of service, privacy policies and other policies.
If you wish to access and use the website or post content to any of our Social Accounts, you must accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, then you must not access or use our website nor post content to any of our Social Accounts.

Membership Account
Certain sections of our website may only be available to you upon registration for a website account. When you sign-up to receive text messages from Beachwaver, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from Beachwaver, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & data rates may apply.
Message frequency will vary. Beachwaver reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Beachwaver also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and we will notify you when we do.
Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Beachwaver, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

After texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or ARRET to our shortcode you will receive one additional message confirming that your request to withdraw your consent to receive text messages from Beachwaver has been processed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or ARRET keyword commands and agree that Beachwaver and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor requests to our text message platform that do not include the STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or ARRET keywords. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from Beachwaver through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. You may also continue to receive other electronic communications from Beachwaver, such as marketing or transactional email communications.
